Developing and supporting volunteers in sport
We help refugee volunteers develop sporting groups within their communities. We offer training to managing committees, to develop groups of people with expertise in governance who can confidently take up positions within other organisations, in order to improve inclusive practice.
We also help to formalise sporting activities that are currently undertaken within the community, by introducing management/admin structures to ensure that projects are sustainable.
