IPC and its representative Edward Pinkney are at the forefront of supporting Ukrainian refugees, both when they arrive in Poland at Warsaw Central Station, and when they decide on their onward journey. We are working closely with a network of host families in Teesside and North Yorkshire to enable safe matches to be made. To date, over 40 families have been placed with hosts thanks to the IPC–Whorlton network.

Donations by IPC supporters to our Ukraine Appeal are going directly to meet the needs of individuals and families: at the station itself, in providing temporary accommodation, and in supporting their onward journey to the UK. After more than six months of the conflict, it is vital that we continue to support families in coming to the UK and their hosts when they are here.

For more information, please contact IPC Ukraine support worker Tamara Cherep (+380 68 362 2145) or email info@i-p-c.org
